This year, PACIFICA Auckland Central Branch is marking New Zealand Leadership Week with two key events, the PACIFICA Northern Regional Mini Conference – Women on the Move and the PACIFICA Women of Influence Leadership Event – Dare, Dream, Do!
NORTHERN REGIONAL MINI CONFERENCE – WOMEN ON THE MOVE (1.30pm – 5pm)
Come along to our Northern Regional Mini-Conference – it’s a chance to catch up with our Pacifica sisters from as far north as Whangarei to our sisters in Tokoroa.
Hosted by our own member Natasha Urale, our theme is PACIFICA Women on the Move. This year, we’re delighted to have Teremoana Rapley as our guest speaker. Well known in the NZ music scene, her musical CV credits lists the Neville Brothers, De La Soul, MC Hammer, Ruby Turner and the South Pacific Arts Festival. But she’s one talented woman – as well as mum to four beautiful children, she’s been a television presenter, director, graphics designer, magazine editor – you name it she’s done it. Come along and hear about her personal journey.

Our annual celebration of PACIFICA Women of Influence enables us to hear from successful women across the generations and sectors of our community and society.
We are celebrating – PACIFICA daughters/sisters/mothers/dreamers/doers/leaders.
The pace of change is presenting us with both challenges and opportunities, and we need to wear multiple hats to meet our dreams. How do we keep focused on the goal while maintaining all our other responsibilities? Come along and hear our speakers share their stories (PechaKucha style), experiences – be inspired, challenged and encouraged to Dare, Dream and Do.
